There's one! :^D American actress Renée Zellweger, on the set of Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, while filming a scene that was actually not used in the final version of the movie. Baw! I mean, that dress really speaks volumes about the number of petticoats there are underneath it....

That's right: it looks like a doll of one of the Powerpuff Girls, this one being Bubbles (shown on the left, with her similarly superpowered cohorts, Buttercup and Blossom). The show was on the Cartoon Network and ran for six consecutive seasons and, as I am an internetic pseudo-scholar, I here quote from the Almighty Wikipedia in saying that the girls would use their powers "to defend their town from various villains, such as bank robbers, mad scientists, aliens, and giant monsters." Ah yes, what a radiant intellect I must truly possess. A+.
